Only the books in the status below are available.

How to apply for Interlibrary Loans

From arrival to check out

A notification e-mail will be sent to you when the book has arrived.
The books sent to the receiving place will be kept for 7days (Sundays and closing dates are not included) from their arrival. Please make sure to check them out during that period.
Borrowing period differ in each library (where the book is held), and in collection type (ex. general books, research books). Please consult at the page below.

Borrowing Rules

In case which the book you want to order cannot be located in the bookshelf.

There may be times when books cannot be located, even though it is listed as “ON THE SHELF” on WINE (ex. the book is being used by other users). Please note as follows:

The library staff will check the shelf again the following day. If it is there, it will be sent the next day.
If it is still not on the shelf on the following day, the request will be cancelled at that time. The staff at the library where the request was submitted will inform applicants about the cancellation by e-mail
If the other user wish to check it out at the holding library, the user has the priority to borrow the book, and your application will be the reservation for the next turn. In this case, the notification won't be sent to you.
